He's diluted this SHAM all the way to 16B shares,a new record for FRAUD boy Eddie. He will definetly RS this SHAM and get it back to 160M shares before he PUMPS it again.
Problem is,people holding shares will be basically wiped out when he does that. Divide the shares you hold by 100 and that's how many you'll have the morning of the split. Then the pps starts dropping like a rock at the opening bell as EVERYONE tries to get out.
