Truthfully, the mention of Bitcoin in the same sentence with IFAN is kinda what brought me here to these boards. IFAN with Bitcoin was mentioned in an email to me from somebody that told me they were a member here at Ihub (although I have yet to see them post here).
Anyway, IFAN does have the capacity to use Bitcoin through its technology. This is why I believe the patent of the PayX technology was recently registered again by IFAN. So, when I had found out about Vivaris, which is also owned by IFAN CEO Christopher Mizer, I knew I had to call someone employed with IFAN to confirm everything I had been reading and to my cautious delight, everything I had read was accurate and true.
Vivaris is a company that buys companies. IMO, and in my opinion only, I truely believe Vivaris is eventually going to merge or buy IFAN -IFAN being used as a shell. If you really think about it, it would be a solid buy from Vivaris. It would bring Vivaris more revenue via the IFAN shell AND it would bring Vivaris to the Bitcoin light, thus creating even more revenue for Vivaris.
I am starting to really believe what I just typed above - a Vivaris buyout/reverse merger of IFAN.
Now.......moving on, is IFAN thinking of doing an R/S?? Please don't flame me, this is a sincere question?? Moreso it's just me thinking out loud. I don't trade pennies, I bought my first penny a week ago, but it appears that penny stocks have OUTRAGEOUS O/S and A/S. I'm not sure about what the float is with IFAN, but to give IFAN more credence, an R/S may be encouraged or suggested.
What are your thoughts, anyone?
