Yeah, but who knows how much of anything these OTC companies put out in PRs have much validity to begin with. And companies will collude with each other to try and sell shares too. It's a cesspool of lies and deceit.

The history of ASG--->

This was the renamed successor to the company owned by Roxanna's old crony Allen J Schwalb (aka Star Partners). He also lived in Orlando across town from Roxy in an upscale area known as Bay Hill albeit in a modest sized house. He made a career claiming that "HE" personally financed a slew of well known Hollywood movies. Example

In reality, it appears what he did was run ads in the Orlando Sentinal (which I posted previously) and elsewhere soliciting private investors. Schwalb took THEIR money --less a fat cut for himself I presume-- and used that to buy small stakes in these productions.

Just before his death in 2014 he was promoting his intention to write and produce a sequel to "It's A Wonderful Life."

Only problem was this "expert" didn't realize he had to get permission to do so. The project was quickly killed off by Paramount. No word on whether Schwalb had already raised money for this fiasco.

ASG apparently STILL hasn't made any progress on releasing "Bordercross" or anything else that HWAL investors were duped into believing. Incredibly they still have the PR's about merging with HWAL on their "News" page. Then again.. who bothers to read it.
