True, not 2 B trite, but VXX is not really yielding and holding its bottom. Spy actually ignored slumping oil for a bit back in 2015, until it didnt in a big way. I think now the factor may be " bad news is good " vis a vis the June rate decision, or more precisely , deflationary news is good to avoid a rate hike.

But, really , who knows??
