Did you read the PR?
The numbers that were used are industry average. SuperCuts, Fantastic Sam's, Sport Clips and Great Clips all expect an average of 85 customers a day. Some days (Saturday, Sunday) are more. Some days (Monday, Tuesday) are less. The average ticket price is just under $25.00. Sport Clips is a bit higher. That includes haircut and hair products sold. So; let's do the math. $25 X 85= $2,125.00. $2,125.00 X 7days = $14,875.00. $14,875.00 X 4 Weeks = $59,500.00 a month. $59,500.00 X 12 months = $714,000.00 per year. The industry looks for an 18% profit margin.

Like I said, I did not come up with these numbers on my own. They are industry standard numbers. I happen to have access to a leader in the industry's numbers due to a family connection.

I hope this helps.

By the way: Stop calling it a "Solon". It's a Hair Cutter!

Before tip I pay $21 for just a basic haircut and shampoo. But every time I go, which is every 4-6 weeks there is a wait and there is always 4-8 stylists on at a time. I think it's doable to do $700,000 in sales but that's not profit that's just net sales. I'd be interested in seeing the whole business plan. Like if they are going to lease out a chair to the hair dressers or not.
