TO-Dilution killed Largo and that is why I shy away from buying. Hoping we do not see the same in Niocorp if they have to raise equity first. I have been a buyer of IBC recently because they should do well going forward and the float is low.

Niocorp-nice sized position

IBC- starting to get six figures

Largo- no thanks.
