SEC is not holding us up. We have financials and disclosure statements prepared and ready to post.However, what is holding us up is OTC Markets OTCIQ back office codes. These codes, once assigned, is the only way to "upload" our financials and disclosure files. We had submitted payments for the "subscription" to the OTCIQ membership account, but our file was not accepted due to several questions that OTC Markets had for us. After several months, OTC finally told us what they needed as additional information for their files, and stated that they would get "back with us" this past week. As of today, we have not had any communications nor responses from OTC. I also verified with our attorneys, and they too have not received the responses yet. The information that they requested, was a very standard and common set of information, which I will publish, as soon as we get a closure here with this account. I will follow up and update next week.
