The amount of time you've wasted on this is astounding.

I disagree any effort to learn, understand, perform DD, share your work, and generally increase your knowledge is not "wasted".

For example maybe even you might learn something if SGLB stock craters, having been right about many things, but still lost enormous money. In the stock market if you lose money, you were wrong imo.

Having said that I am extremely running for the hills concerned about an S-1 so soon after uplist, and shows that for now, the conversion price is the $4.13, but push comes to shove there is a lot of language in awesome ted's post like:

If the price per share for a Dilutive Issuance, is less than the Conversion Price then in effect, or if, after any such issuance of Common Stock Equivalents, the price per share for which shares of Common Stock may be issuable thereafter is amended or adjusted, and such price as so amended shall be less than the Conversion Price in effect at the time of such amendment or adjustment, then the Conversion Price shall be adjusted upon each such issuance or amendment as provided in this Section 5(b).

Basically, I appreciate Ted's posts a lot, and I think he is right on the debate you guys are having, but then it could be the next Q before we get to know what happened. It won't be a material event imo after the S-1 was issued and explained.

So that puts enormous doubt in the idea there won't be any dilution here, and with the low volume, I can't put money in here.
