That is 600m added since april 21st. CDEL is still dumping them. They are a known toxic diluter. This wont run until they are out of shares to dump.

CDEL is not a "known toxic diluter". They route USA retail, they also route orders for ScotiaBank Canada. There is no dilution on $SANP, it is retail.
