yes ,10m you get 1m ,and why the volume down, i think the shares are restricted in a way is good to prevent selloff profit takers specially we are limited buyers here and fully loaded some how because of stop sign no many broker's let you to buy so many they can't buy (specially we are talking about Chinese buyers and they will be huge number of buyers once we the stop sign removed) and the some of the delays happened and repeated by 3rd or 4th parties processing procedures out of the CEO control these all caused some weak volume and price
