And their assets are considerable! They own the Chicago Charging Network which is worth millions!

Maybe a better question is how can companies on the pink sheets with no revenues, massive losses, and no actual offices have $100m+ market caps?

Some clarification from anyone ... PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong here and please don't vilify I really am trying to understand this companies value.

I could be wrong but I believe someone said the other day that "JNSH" had no debt?
Seems like they are $430,930.30 in debt even after paying off $185,000+ ?

To me it doesn't look like they used earnings to pay off debt but instead "Debt convertible into equity shares". Pg. 3 4 A

So we went from 45% outstanding to 95+% shares outstanding. I believe that when I first bought shares posters were saying how favorable it was that the O/S was so low?

Evolve USA Charging Corp. That nagging question, is it still an entity and part of the picture. I believe there have been posts stating both.

I see they took a $-195,761.00 depreciation for EV Charging network and lowered the asset value to $672,021. That's not "millions" to me?

Regarding - "Goodwill" Would be nice to know what that intangible asset is!
