CMGO didn't give up 1 share of common of GMER, with the co. CMGO, still owning 55% of Good Gaming. The C shares were transferred, and don't convert into any common or preferred, as they are strictly for voting power on corp. issues. CMGO owns 55% of common. Don't go off the deep end putting Glenn down. He operates a holding co. with interests in business entities to bring value to the holding co. It is not a shell as there are many moving parts.
