ViaOne has agreed to continue temporary financing while the Company reviews term sheets for up to $5,000,000 in new financing at the Company's discretion. The financing will go into effect after the reverse split is approved.

Does everyone now see what is happening? CMGO is no longer the controlling shareholder of GMER.

Imo they could not get the rs approved with CMGO in control. The rs is a month late right? I'm betting it goes through now.

The membership and Alexa rankings are impressive. They really have done an amazing job with GMER. It's just too bad they had to rs before they got further along into the revenue generating stage.
