99% of GE's "rival" Greek shipping tycoons are just as crooked as he is lol. GNK is the only legitimate one that I'm aware of.

Trail I have been wondering that too for many months and posted the same thing....

I go to yahoo Finanace and other venues to read angry investor posts, and there ARE many who lost $100,000's investing in this- NOT your normal deplorable type retail buyer as some may rant about on here; but smart, educated, wealthy investors who believed fundamentally this company, SEC filings and such reflected investing as it would in any other case- but what GE is allowed to do and SEC seemingly allowing plus brokerages in cohoots as well is what pissses off many smart investors now being caught in this trap...
