With this document it could have the bankruptcy court invalidate (Remove) all the 2 billion shares that were given to Arch Hill/Verdant, if that happens and the courts forensic investigator validates that their are a "Lot" of battery manufacturers out there that are manufacturing lithium batteries using our patented intellectual property. Lishen in Tianjin is one of them and Lishen is a two billion dollar battery company.
This one company alone will make LTC stock go way up and we will all do very well.
