Well today is last day to Registration. I'll post the new office action once it is updated at USPTO later today or tomorrow.

And my guess is they are allowing investors to load up. I can only surmise that management wants it low as part of their agreement with the investors who took the debt to equity.

i know what you mean.the new 10q showing fdbl cashed about 4 billion potentially dilutive shares quite a bit of money actually.hope they put it to good use like fan pass!imo
