I can imagine the sweet aroma in your kitchen. Homemade bread made with loving hands is the best. Yummm.

I'd say that good cooks are like good craftsmen in that they have to understand their work, what goes into it, the chemistry and tools, and probably have to invest a lot of time working at the craft to get it right. The best cooks love their craft, IMO.

Incidentally, regarding tonight's Jeopardy! questions, I would have passed only in the teacher graded on a curve.
