They don't need FDA approval for breathalyzer, and do you care to elaborate? Not too sure you know what you're talking about; sound more like a butthurt investor who bought 00s a while back.
The company uses p&ds to raise capital for Nanobeak (its parent). Only trick is buying it in trips and selling it in doubles, before the news drops. Not after!
