That is the silliest thing I have ever heard in my life, MMTC has not filed bankruptcy, if they did they would have a Q behind their ticker, you have to report bankruptcy even when PINK. Another thing, MMTC is being financed by deep pocketed insiders through private placements, they have the funding to stay afloat, anyone who doesn't know this does not follow this company very well. I look for MMTC to be current in their financials sooner than later.
