I don't think ONCS's rise yesterday had anything to do with INO akhsv777 for ONCS didn't rise early in the day like INO did but only in the last 5-7 minutes. INO did hit premarket yesterday 10.24 and look at it right now, down about 9% to 7.91 on nearly 4mil shares. Pump and dump on INO, not sure about that. I've been watching both INO and OPK for years and both are valid companies that have both been on the decline until INO's yesterday but it looks like the markets don't believe in it and are taking it down since it seems to be years away, therefore, a trading stock up and down - GLTU
