Where do you see that the motion was denied? I only see that a ruling was made in chambers. It doesn't say what the ruling was that I can tell.

I would really like to know how you got your hands on that 9 page document so soon. I called a carrier today to see about getting them and I was told the courts wouldn't have the docs ready for pickup for a couple of days so I didn't bother ordering them.
