Apparently the "ownership" of the tech stays with the public entity and is licensed to IHC. I think this is a way to take the part that could actually make money and bring it private again. If you recall INQD came into existence when Sykes took his garage based hydroponics "company" public. It didn't really go anywhere...and Sykes took to posting on IHUB pumper boards trying to get some interest. Finally they folded in the MJ narrative and the stock responded...but at that point you couldn't swing a dead cat and not hit a penny pot stock. But then after at least a year of failed "guidance"...some offerings that went nowhere and the fact he had to turn to toxic lenders...it started to take its toll.

If you ask me...he wants to get back to focusing on the equipment and construction sales side as a private company and leave the MJ stuff behind.

So we wait and see...
