No, that was barring any unforeseen events. Back at that time they never knew they were going to include Q1 financials either. Give them time.

Nobody knows what's happen between TCA and ARYC obviously they either got an extension are making payments or hell maybe they just outright paid it off or settled it. In due time everybody will find out. If nothing was done dilution would have already happened.
