My take on current and 1 year price
Right now, the market assumes the worst on our shares (1B) and I think our math is as follows -
- Revenue - $5.4M
- Rev Factor - 4.15x (a conservative figure when it comes to buyout valuations)
- Shares - 1B
--- which is how you derive a shares prices of $.0224
Where we can be in 1 year
- Revenue - $10M
- Rev Factor - 10x (less profitable companies are valued above this in the CBD sector, this may still be conservative once we get our name change)
- Shares - 500M (still convinced alot of debt can be paid cash, but I've dont have strong ground to stand on after Q1)
--- this derives a share price of $.20
--- if that revenue factor goes up to 50x, then $1
--- if the worst case shares stay at 1B, then $.10
--- or both the 50x and 1B happen --- and that gets us to around $.50
Revenue updates will come, and price will increase accordingly
Shares updates may come, and price will increase accordingly
I think the key is getting in that right sector --- so that our market cap to revenue ratio can rise considerably to be in line with the rest
