Public companies cannot get a marijuana license in Colorado at the present time...nor can they own a company with a marijuana license. So if they still buy Alamo...Alamo will not be able to get a Colorado license.
I have previously replied that pubcos can indeed possibly do a lot, but they most definitely can't own a license, as the misinformed management team here has suggested. This company should have found people smart enough to buy their product. The company is failing because its potential customers are "too stupid".
