Jan 25th thru Feb 1 the bottom was .062/.064. It stayed above that price since then. Now somewhere around May 20th the price has returned to .062/.064 and has held making a bottom twice. This can be a support level if it holds. Sometimes after good news it takes two days before the stock starts moving up although this is a penny stock and does not always follow the norm.
