That's wrong and is consistently wrong since there is OFTEN Confusion about the TEN SECOND RULE, up to the claim there is NO 10 second rule. Which of course is FALSE.
FYI, There are two common types of Form T's you will see in the OTC, one is an actual Late report and the other is a Mark Down report. A late trade will be posted within 10 seconds of close within their required 10 second window of execution. There is nothing confusing about that rule once it's read and understood. It's been in effect since 2013, so despite the fact it should be known, it is not. Hence the clarification on the matter, there IS INDEED a ten second window of execution.
