I am not sure what those words mean compared to what WILL happen to the revenue. KK has control of all of these shells and can move anything and everything around unilaterally and has done so. Relying on the intent of words here that are not part of a legal proceeding knowing that Greenshift has always been his (and his father's) "baby" could be risky. Only time will tell.
