At this point in time and this price per share, I disagree. It frees us up from certain regulatory constraints and gives Boone an opportunity to solidify some deals/contracts, potential buyouts/mergers. Upside potential is greater than the downside potential. IMO I think this is a good risk that I am willing to take. Trying to add more shares. This stock will skyrocket on any good news. I will wait. Believe

actually it could do better on the pink sheets. it's already 5 tics from no bid so what's the damn difference,.
