It is probably a guy. It and a crew of WOO hooers hyped it to .03+ on big volume if I remember correctly.

Funny how it muddles tiny tick by tick for long periods and now anemic volume drops it over 50%.

I got some .003s last time. If you expect the worst out of these frauds you are never disappointed. :-)
