Known near-term $PGPM catalysts:

1) Skull & Crossbones removal on OTC Markets - Once the site updates the company as current many more investors and institutions will be able to purchase shares. I expect this is significantly drive a PPS rally. This will solidify the company's legitimacy to ANY skeptics

2) PR for Merger/Business Model - This is the BIGGEST of all...given all the filings, the tens of thousands of dollars Pilgrim has spent getting the shell current in such a short period of time...CEO still hadn't announced his plans yet. When he does I expect something MASSIVE. Either a merger with Pilgrim PLC, Alpha Petroleum, or the both of them. I also expect this news to come in multiple PRs, detailing the company's business model, restructuring plans, etc.

3) PR for Eliminating ALL debt and liabilities - 'Nuff said about this one :)

4) OTCQB Up-listing - Once the bid of the stock is above .01 for 30 days I expect the CEO to be ON TOP of making this get out of the stinky pinkies

We are looking at a .50+ stock here folks if all of the pieces align the way we think they do.... Hold tight longs. Go $PGPM!!!

If you've already read through the DD then if everything goes according to plan:

valuation at 3-5 cents (.042 I believe?) based on current assets
filings went through to go current, waiting on that any day now (remove skull&crossbones)
RUMOR of a reverse merger, nothing 100% here but this would push our price goal way higher
plans to uplist to OTCQB, requires 30 days trading above 1 penny (we are now on our way here)

short term, 2 cents should be easy
mid term, we should see price correction .03-.05
long term... we'll see. We've got lots of oil and lots of potential.

That being said, buy at your own risk and good luck. Many of us have been here since ~.003 and some of us since the trips and we have a lot less to lose than someone buying in at a penny.
