#4211 RE: Toxic Avenger #4209

No, it was never a pump-and-dump. I am an engineer/scientist and have seen the product, its real-time functioning data and have first hand knowledge of sales of the product. Like Sun Edison and many million to billion dollar solar companies that went bankrupt during the solar downturn, WSTI got caught up in it. They did not have cash reserves to weather the storm and so had to do something to survive. Like other companies that did not work either and indeed it was toxic, especially in an environment without proper funding.

The product is really good and well engineered. There is no way that WSTI can make it out of the solar decline if e.g. First Solar cannot. They have the largest cash reserve and have survived so far, even though there are even doubts about their future.

Pump and dumps are not putting up product around the world. I cannot understand why you don't take a look at that.
