So if I am understanding correctly, does that mean we are at least 28 days out from the spudding of the well? If so, that would put us at June 21st if today counts as day one. I'm not quite understanding the verbage, and why state the 28 day marker if the spudding was fairly imminent?
The $100K per day for the mobilization of a rig like the Pacific Sirocco is a bargain. They are loading her with drilling equipment now and will soon move to the Fatala drilling location and prepare for drilling. The rig is not just sitting there. I'm thinking they will spud within 2-3 weeks if not sooner.
Funding is not holding this up and they have a backup with SAPETRO.
