It hasn't been historically.

This following will probably be confusing. :-)

The consolidated revenues figure, in that format, has been "moveable".



From the 10Q for 3Q. This matches up with the pressers.




From the S1. This is the 1.2M that I and Maxim differ ($37.5M - $36.3M).




From the 10K. There is no dispute over the $10.544M posted in Q4. Or Q3 for that matter. Pro forma = GAAP. Back that $10.544M number out and it doesn't reconcile with either the Q3 or S1.
