What does that explain?

This explains why Jimmy never got into manufacturing solar panels.

A. Sunworks is/was never planing on building their own manufacturing plant. It is/was always to partner with an existing manufacturing plant.

B. Contradictory to that philosophy. Tesla buys out Solar City and the first thing they do is team up with Panasonic to develop and MANUFACTURE the next generation of solar technology.
