Sams has CPC bulb. Bought in local store here in Irving TX.
There are the hoover brand.
The only negative is that I expected them to advertise the CPC technology
like
"Switch on or off from the wall switch when the power fails"

People looking at them in the store did not realize that from the heading

"Continues working during power outages"

They had two crates of them on display.
They also had the Hoover LED Dual Mode Security Light with Solar and Battery Power (3-pack) and the
Hoover Indoor LED Surface Mounted Spotlights with Remote Control (3-pk)
