IR has said they have had everything they need for a while now,

and once ticker changes , consolidated financials and news will likely quickly follow.

Company wants their financials and news to be released under new name and ticker.

Not yet. They will be released w the symbol change simultaneously. Then we will know how many 100s of millions of dollars in assets have been placed in this shell and wallstreet can buy this up and push it to multiple dollars.
