I don't think ISRG would hold up on commercialization of SI because of Titan. Titan would have to show damages before they could sue and that would be years away if they even get there. Also ISRG could fight that battle for years. After watching many videos of the SI instruments in action I believe the issue is that the dexterity of the instruments leaves a lot to de desired and isn't going over very well.
