Yup it is true. All Scotts doing and all Dans fault.

It really sucks but that's just the way it is.

And most likely Dan will lose control of this company very soon.

If Scott and friends win Dan will be out faster than scott was.

Dan doesn't make very good business choices.

How many shares is Scotts group owed?
How much money are they owed?
How much money does the company have?

A win for Scott give SRSR a Q on the ticker
Scott will take the asset as a major creditor and shareholders will be SOL
