I also have experience in Industrial Cooling Towers.

We custom produced 'counter flow', 'X-flow', and our own
'proprietary technology'.

I was involved in providing everything from parts for repairs...to over a $12,000,000 customized cooling system.

Our clients included MANY major refiners, chemical manufacturers...power plants...and countless other arenas...

We encouraged customer observation/involvement...in many cases

I observed Coors(Golden, CO)...DIA(Denver International Airport)...and engineers from Honeywell...Tour some of our production facilities(while we engaged in stages of THEIR fabrication) , as part of our sales/customer service...also a tour by folks involved with NASA(Moffett Field)...

Custom manufacturing, and sales /customer service procedures vary...my experience differs from other very knowledgeable posters...

I find it hard to ignore Kraig, like I should...
