I have no idea what you're talking about. Is this some ancient history you're dragging up that is totally irrelevant? The Stefanovic family has turned this company around, and they did it without any dilution in the last five years.
Mr Stefanovic's family has a financing arm called European American Financing, and to the best of my knowledge, does not need to rely on outside financing.
How does the company benefit if they are not selling shares? I remind you yet again...no dilution in five years..period. You know any other pinks that can make that claim?? Better yet, do you know any that have bought back any shares? Plenty of them announce that they are, but do they ever buy back a share. I haven't seen one that did.
