This could run with the right PR. I've seen crap stocks have 500% days. But the CEO needs to come clean and present his plan. We need to see contractor proof, equipment proof, company selling coal proof, dillution/debt conversion over proof, no RS proof. This is a lotto play for me. I can wait it out. But I will cut and run at the first sign of fraud.
