Yep, looks completely illegal since they hide controlling interest by creating multiple accounts.
If this is the case here, it's sure illegal too, but I don't know who and how many investors there are, so can't really tell.
Also, management was involved in this scam, so do you think current DCTH management also getting kicks back ?
