Ever wonder why Svengali (DP) liquidated all his common shares?

Ever wonder why NOT ONE of them have converted their preferred shares to common shares and sold? You do know preferred shares are 5/1 for common, right?

Virtually the entire cabal at TRTC have unloaded their common shares!

You do know their preferred shares are ABSOLUTELY untouchable to a reverse split, right?
