I am a believer in monetary motivation. If that ain't enough.... Why in the world would anyone give away business. Small batches today means who knows how big later. You make sure there are no failures. That is why a 2nd chance isn't always a bad thing....or tell the story to others and you get follow up business, so long as you succeed. How do you know the owner of the cocoons must relinquish his property to the reeler . Have you asked? I'm not sure you are correct.

I cannot find anything that says this is a requirement.
