$5 million in shares so there will be dilution, but they might also create buzz from it so who knows with InMed...I'm just taking shots in the dark here.
The dilution is only about 10%, so it's not worth getting too excited about it. I think a lot of that is already baked into today's pps. The shares were probably sold to high net worth qualified investors (they would be if they were under US security regs, not sure about Canada) who are viewing this more as an investment than a quick trade for profit. I think there will be a psychological impact through May 31, but after that we should start getting back to an upward momentum. JMO
