Now a jury? Let's see how slowly this can be resolved. Geez.

Way back when, I thought the jury trial route to be the best route.
Even I am overwhelmed at how crooked and contentious of the law these "appointed" judges really are, as represented by some of their ludicrous rulings. I really wish, that since these judges think they are both judge and jury, some crackhead that owns F&F would "explain to them" the error of their ways! LOL!

Everyone in the Jury should be a shareholder. Lol

How come none of the other cases have had jury trials?

the majority of americans believe the GSE's were to blame for the crash, and you think a jury trial is a good idea???

What are you thinking??

Perhaps you're not thinking.

Jury trial? Not sure how I feel about that. Defense attorney will gin up / exaggerate the whole "GSEs caused the crisis" story and tug at the regular people's emotions. Not entirely a safe situation for plaintiffs.

NO
We will win if the case is heard

What has Judge Steele done to avoid the GOV motion to dismiss which has prevailed in every case but Sweeny?

If we do not get over that hurdle no jury gets to hear the solid case
