They can us Interactive Brokers & such

but it's expensive & if you get it wrong

You get hurt really bad

No one is going to put up a large short here unless they are sure Rmat is denied & no one is imo

What they do instead is use the 3 day rule w/ small short sales

add the short & that together & it's effective imho

IB is the nest best in the marker for price. They're platform is lime windows 98 though. I chart with Think or swim and use IB for fx and shorting.
