Prior to filing bankruptcy, ARIO had a 4.4 billion O/S. The Federal Bankruptcy court approved the BK plan last Oct canceling ALL common shares of ARIO.

The legal O/S of ARIOQ is now ZERO. Anyone that thinks otherwise simply has their view of reality blocked by the lining of their colon.
