Like I said he never told me anything specific. For example if he told me the specific company he was going to merger into and when then that could be considered insider info. He said he was still looking for a merger candidate. He already tweeted this a while back so that shouldn't be inside info. Like I said I do believe the information has to be specific like your ex. "1.2 mil in assets"..imo

So please do tell me what I said that could be considered insider info?

Yes, see at the bottom of your post he already spoke about it so how can it be insider info??

I do believe the CEO knows his way around a public traded company and knows what is and isn't insider information.
